3. Order & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once payment is processed and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods listed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct — we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our skincare device, we are unable to accept returns once the packaging has been opened. However, if your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery at clyrtech@gmail.com, and we’ll gladly assist you.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once eligibility is confirmed.
